Showed my mother to dr garg for ankle fracture. Mother was worried that she might have to have plaster which she did not want. However dr garg saw her xrays and told that plaster is not required and he does not advise plaster in most cases now. Gave calcium meds and a nasal spray and said crepe bandage is sufficient. But care should be taken that pressure is not applied on injured ankle for 12 weeks. We are thankful to the good dr for his advice.
